Triple Olympian Nick Gillingham demonstrates the most modern techniques, together with innovative drills and practices for developing these skills in young swimmers.  Suitable for swimming teachers and coaches at all levels.  This course covers all the technical stroke content suitable for GCSE and A Level Swimming.

Laying the foundations of physical literacy

With Caroline Park

This course features a wide range of activities suitable for both specialist and non-specialist teachers of the early year age range.  It is based around laying the foundations for physical literacy using gymnastic type movements to build coordination and movement vocabulary.  These are then developed into games with the introduction of ball and implement skills.

Teaching Volleyball in Schools

This is a new course intended for teachers delivering curriculum volleyball at Key Stages 3 and 4, and for those coaching volleyball teams.  It will focus on building modern skills and tactics through contemporary approaches and practices.  This practical course will also include technique demonstrations from leading players, subject to availability.
