The aim of this course is to give teachers confidence in the content of their lessons, management of matches and the application of rules. Modern skills and tactics, appropriate for GCSE lessons, will also be covered. Attention will be paid to teaching the game in the class situation, in addition to preparing teams to match play.

- Bowling with variety and pace
- Batting strokes and ball placement
- Small sided games for class teaching
- Tactical development: preparing teams for match play
