Cricket Coaching and Umpiring for Beginners

This is a new course designed for teachers who are coaching cricket for the first time, or who have little experience. It will provide everything that the novice coach needs to make a positive impact on class or team. Coaches will understand modern techniques and how to introduce them, together with ways to practise them in both the class and team environment. The basics of umpiring and the laws will be covered, preparing coaches to officiate in school matches and practices. This course is especially suitable for teachers of curriculum cricket, or those running a team for the first time.
