Charlotte Edwards MBE

Charlotte made her international debut in 1995, age 16, at the time the youngest English player ever. She took over the captaincy in 2005, and has since led her country to Ashes test victory over Australia, World Cup Final  victory against New Zealand and World Twenty:20 victory at Lord’s. She has scored over 6000 international runs, including a One Day International record 173 not out – and has taken over 60 wickets.

This is a new course through popular demand from the increasing number of schools of all

types that are introducing the girls' game, or running girls' teams.

England captain, Charlotte Edwards, will consider all aspects of the girls' game, as well as providing a wealth

of practices to develop and improve all the core skills.
