This course adapts the challenges of Agility, Balance and Coordination into an endless sequence of experiential learning activities. It presents an environment in which pupils can encounter a mix of experimentation, discovery and guidance to develop a movement vocabulary that will form a foundation to all games skills.

This type of material should form part of all Key Stage Two syllabuses, and is an opportunity for teachers to challenge their approaches for introducing pupils of all abilities to fundamental movement skills.
