Independent Coach Education is delighted to announce a collaboration with England Lacrosse that starts with immediate effect. This new and exciting joint venture has been cemented to ensure UK based schools have access to the very best UK lacrosse coaches.  All coaches will be selected from the elite lacrosse playing universities and trained and assessed to meet England Lacrosse standards. Lacrosse Sport Graduate coaches will be looking for full-time, residential positions come September 2023 but the recruitment process for schools will start in January 2023.

Become a Sports Graduate – How to apply?

Graduated recently or about to graduate with a strong background in lacrosse? Please contact Independent Coach Education and speak to our recruitment team for further details.

We are recruiting candidates for full-time, residential positions that start in September 2023. If successful, you will be guided through the recruitment process and prepared thoroughly for interview. 

All successful candidates that are placed into school, will be enrolled (compulsory) onto a 2 day lacrosse coaching course that is devised and run by England Lacrosse. All candidates that complete the 2 day course will gain level 2 England Lacrosse coaching award & level 1 umpiring award.

This entire process is completely free. 

Looking to recruit a residential Sports Graduate lacrosse Coach?

If you are looking to recruit a specialist lacrosse Sports Graduate for September 2023, please contact our recruitment team.

Each school will have different wants and needs so the sooner we can deal with your enquiry the better. We work on a "no placement, no fee basis" so if no appointment is made, this process will cost the school nothing.

If a successful placement is made, a recruitment fee of £1,200 + VAT is applicable. This fee includes a 2 day England Lacrosse assessment camp, where all candidates will be coaches, trained and prepared to meet England Lacrosse coaching standards (including a level 1 England Lacrosse umpiring award).
