Sports provision presents a series of unique challenges for the smaller independent school. Parents’ expectations of the independent sector can be difficult to satisfy with limited resources. This unique seminar considers how schools can create and deliver stimulating modern programmes to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities.

It is suitable for schools with pupils of all age ranges (including prep and senior) and for both co-educational and single sex schools. 

To ensure profitable round table discussion, each seminar will be limited to 16 delegates

Tutors

Neil Rollings

Neil was in charge of rugby at four independent schools over a 21 year career, including 10 years as Head Coach at Sedbergh.  He also coached North Schools and England Schools’ President’s XV.  He now advises independent schools on the development of sports coaching programmes, and is a member of the RFU Technical Advisory Group
