This is a new course, bringing contemporary techniques and methods direct from the Premiership in a form that accessible for school coaches. It will enable teachers to understand how the top players practise, and to stimulate their players with new, exciting approaches. It will also consider the role of small sided, conditioned games in team coaching and illustrate how these can contribute to technical and tactical goals.

This is suitable for experienced coaches, who may be coaching school 1st XIs, or aspiring to do so. It will incorporate discussion of playing systems and formations and suggest the most effective methods for school teams.
