Millfield School is seeking a creative and energetic Tennis Coach for one academic term (April until June). In this role you will be required to coach 5.5 hours of games per week as well as support pupils with 1-1 coaching during evenings.
The main aim of this position is to provide an opportunity for all pupils to experience and enjoy tennis and to encourage the potential in pupils new or with little experience in tennis. The ambition is to provide fun, friendship and fitness to all pupils.
Games sessions run 11.30am-1pm Monday, 4pm-5pm Tuesday, 2 hours on Wednesday afternoons and 4pm-5pm on Thursdays. The successful candidate will be a qualified to a minimum standard of LTA Level 2 or equivalent, and will have knowledge of long-term development practices for young tennis players.
