Commencing September 2021

Seaford College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Head of Rugby with the energy and experience to develop a clear vision for rugby that supports the Seaford Sport Core Values and Learning Culture.

The successful candidate will need to possess the skills to drive the development of rugby in a co-educational day and boarding school. This will include an inclusive and forward-thinking Rugby Development Plan for the infrastructure of Seaford Rugby across the Prep (aged 5 -12) and Senior Schools (aged 13 to 18) within the College.

Rugby is well developed and an incredibly successful sport here at Seaford. We have a very strong and competitive fixture list – participating in national competitions including prestigious tournaments like the Sedbergh Super Tens, the Merchiston Tri Nations Festival in Scotland and Rosslyn Park National Schools Sevens. We have an extensive games programme for all our students and our staff are expected to commit fully to all training/games sessions and Saturday fixtures programme throughout the year. Role start of the September term but to be available for Pre-Season training end of August.
