This theory-based conference is endorsed by the Independent Schools’ Football Association (ISFA) and is ideal for Heads of football or teacher/coaches coaching 1st & 2nd XI teams.
Soccer continues to be a rapidly growing sport within independent schools and the challenge for schools and coaches is to adapt with the National game and its ever-changing approach to modern day coaching techniques and practices.
This conference highlights the key areas of the school game that are now essential in building the right type of environment for school Soccer to flourish, with particular emphasis on Culture, Environment and Tactics as well as how to coach the more important technical aspects of the game. Through video analysis and discussion, coaches will learn how to build robust systems to ensure their school programmes are up to date, stimulating and engaging for young players.
