Ben Ryan’s work in developing high performance cultures came to worldwide prominence when he led the Fiji Sevens team to an unprecedented Gold Medal in the Rio Olympics, re-defining the game along the way. He was previously head coach of England sevens, and now works with a range of organisations, within spirt and beyond. Through his consultancy, “SleepandWater”, he assists diverse groups in creating, improving and reviewing high performance cultures that channel motivation and unleash performance within teams. His unique experiences provide the frameworks for the delegates to take away tangible tools that will allow them to approach every situation and context that they face in the most effective way.
