    This is a new seminar for Directors of Sport, Co-Curricular deputies and others whose responsibility includes managing, training and appraising sports staff. It will focus on establishing a sustainable workforce, that matches the requirements of the programme and is able to deliver consistent pupil outcomes. The day will also focus on managing some of the issues that the school sport sector is facing in staffing its programmes.

    Course runs 10am – 3.30pm. Prices include refreshments, lunch and resources. In the event of you needing to cancel a place on a course, please note we require ten working days' notice.

    Neil Rollings

    Neil is Chairman of Padsis. A former Director of Sport, he now works with schools and organisations to improve the provision of school sport.  He is a contributor to the Government Review of PE, member of the All-Party Parliamentary Committee on a Fit and Healthy Childhood, member of HMC Sport Committee and RFU Schools Committee and Course Director of the University of Buckingham MA in Leading School Sport.
